 Sophie is an experienced and transformative teacher who has trained in a variety of lineages and traditions of yoga. She has taught and studied in India, Central America, North America and now works in London.  

Each session is tailored to the needs of the individual, combining disciplines that Sophie has explored including Vinyasa and Hatha as well as Anusara. Sophie loves exploring the sequences with her students and works along side you, helping achieve your goals.

Integrated into the lessons are guided meditation, Bandhas and Pranayama (breath exercise). 

Sophie also practices Reflexology and specialises in antenatal and postnatal Reflexology.
